City of Norwich Norfolk Junior League Champions 2018

On Saturday 28th April the City of Norwich A and B teams were out to swim their fins off in the Norfolk Junior League Final held at Wymondham.  After solid swims from both teams, as well as Norwich Swan, West Norfolk and Thetford Dolphins, the City of Norwich A Team pushed to victory with their powerful relay performances in the final 5 events.  Final Scores of the League:

City of Norwich A Team – 1st with 16 points (482 League points overall) – winning the League and Copeman Cup.

Dereham Otters were the winners of the Christine Clarke Cup in the Round 2 Gala in Dereham.

Congratulations to all involved – Coach Jane Blackwell commented on the fantastic atmosphere and team spirit demonstrated on the final event.  Thanks to Louise Bush, Jana Spinner, Jason Naylor, Beth Coombes and Shannon Jamieson for coaching on the day.
